Major Responsibilities :

· Perform an effective operations cost control associated with production operations, including capital projects, operations support, production expenses, maintenance expenses, and administrative overhead.

· Manage works performed by personnel in the Cost Control Department. Provide project progress reports and cost analysis to management.

· Monitor operations budgets, and costs. Coordinate budget preparations.

· Manage the preparation of AFE Close Out Report.

· Manage the preparation presentation materials for Budget Monitoring with BPMIGAS, TCM/OCM with Partners, etc.

· Prepare audit response for audit findings related to operating costs.

· Perform other jobs as assigned by the Asset Manager or Operation Manager.

· Supervise all Accounting Sections includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.

· Supervise and coordinate the work of personnel engaged in the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of variety financial reports submitted to partners, Pertamina, and local management.

· Develop and prepare company’s budget.

· Review the company’s financial reports and supervise the preparation of Financial Report Analysis.

· Liaison with independent auditors assigned by the company or Pertamina.

· Liaison with tax advisor, Government tax officers, and Pertamina.

· Review and file the company’s income taxes.

· Prepare financial budget.
